Dr. Glance completed gastroenterology, hepatology & endoscopy training at Royal Melbourne Hospital Parkville and Monash Medical Centre Clayton before undertaking a fellowship in Interventional Endoscopy – developing skills in advanced endoscopy including; polypectomy and Endoscopic Dilatation of strictures.
He has an interest in all areas of gastroenterology & hepatology including – gastroscopy / colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn’s Disease/Ulcerative Colitis), Functional Bowel Disorders (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Liver Diseases (Hepatitis B/C & Autoimmune Hepatitis) and Gastroparesis.
Dr. Glance regularly attends both national and international conferences in Gastroenterology & Hepatology to keep up to date with the latest advances in the field.
He is the Director of Gastroenterology at The Northern Hospital Epping.
