Diana will work with people on realistic and achievable personal health goals. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach and there are no quick fixes either. Diana emphasises the importance of small, gradual changes that eventually lead to long term improved health. Advice is tailored individually taking into consideration age, lifestyle, home/work environment, physical activity, budget, motivation, realistic goals, cooking skills and food knowledge.
