Dr David Love is a well known, respected Orthopaedic Surgeon.
David values time with his patients, ensuring they are comfortable and well informed. His philosophy is to treat patients in the most time appropriate manner, with the least possible disruption to their life.
Most conditions require a combination of non operative and possible surgical intervention. By using all available effective interventions treatment can be tailored to the individual patient needs.
He demonstrates a high level of clinical expertise and professionalism at all times utilizing proven surgical techniques.
Qualifications and training-
David successfully completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 2000 and then went on to complete the Australian Orthopaedic Association training programme in 2009. He has taken part in post training fellowships in Australia and Canada. This involved further exposure to lower limb arthroplasty, trauma and deformity correction.
Professional Experience-
David has been a full time trauma fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, an Arthoplasty fellow at the London Health Sciences centre in Ontario Canada.
Additionally he was Mr John Bartlett’s fellow at Warringal Private Hospital and also a Limb reconstruction fellow at the Royal Children’s Hospital under Associate Professor Leo Donnan.

Hip and Knee Arthroplasty
Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
Meniscal Problems and fracture management
Deformity correction (including the treatment of osteomyelitis and malunions)
